85. All the lame and blind in your dis­trict are wanted to work at the* Bhuta­kushee, &c. You are therefore to collect them together, and having given them an allowance for travelling charges, you are to send them to your Cutchery, and take a receipt for them. You are also to find out* or phan children, and giving to each of them one full Dek of rice, and one Fulooce, you are to send them to the Huzzoor.
