The repairs of such forts, &c. as belong to the Ummul, are to be made by the Aumil; and the repairs of those which belong to the department of the Coondachar and Kelladar, are, according to the regula­tions, to be made by the Kelladar—but the whole expence of these last repairs is never­theless to be entered in your accounts of buildings.
