Rawšan ʿAlī Jawnpūrī was a professor at the College of Fort William in Calcutta, India. He composed works on Arabic and Persian grammar.

He died ca. 1225/1810.

Not sure which work this title refers to. Most likely what Marshall refers to as Qai’da-e Raushan.
